Verge apartments at Wolli Creek had only been built around three years prior to an Executive Committee decision that it was time to do an upgrade.
In late 2009 the Executive Committee decided to find a way to reduce the electricity consumption and therefore the costs, by installing a voltage reduction unit called the Light Eco System.
