The following links (still a work in progress) will take you through the different options available:
- central cold water storage
- centralised hot water systems, including circulation pumps
- garage doors

- heating, ventilation & cooling (HVAC) systems – apartment exhaust fans, car park supply & exhaust fans, cooling tower pumps & fans
- lifts
- lighting - building exterior, lobbies, fire stairs, access stairs, hallways, car parks, gyms, indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, spa
- power factor correction if you have electric motors and a large number of fluorescent lights
- pools & spas (including water heating and filtration pumps)
