Willoughby City Council - ClimateClever Apartments

For a limited time, the ClimateClever Apartments program is offering a free common area sustainability assessment to owners corporations with 50 or more units in their block. These assessments will help identify the apartment block’s energy and water consumption and costs for common areas as well as potential cost-effective measures to reduce consumption, and increase the building’s overall sustainability profile. Participants of the program will receive a tailored report and action plan providing practical steps for improving environmental and economic sustainability.
