The ClimateClever Apartments program is currently offering owners corporations a free common area sustainability assessment from environmental consultant agency, KMH Environmental. This offer is for a limited time only.
The assessment will help identify:
- the apartment building’s carbon and water footprint;
- ways to reduce energy and water consumption;
- ways to increase the building’s overall sustainability profile; as well as potential cost-saving measures.
Participants of the program will receive a tailored report and action plan detailing:
- how to improve the building’s carbon and water footprint;
- how to incorporate, or make the most of passive design initiatives;
- sustainability considerations including waste and recycling, sustainable transport and communal gardens;
- recommendations for reducing energy and water consumption and general impact on the environment; and
options for funding.
